The Talega Lift Station - Santa Margarita Water District:  This facility features two 200 Hp non-clog sewage pump units operated in a series with a 600 Kw genset, surge tank, PLC control and SCADA system housed in a stucco block building matching the development's architectural theme. Other features: flow meter, valve inter-tie vault for 10 and 16 inch force main systems, site improvements, odor control system, wet well and trash rack with a wet well bypass system, a HVAC system, mechanical piping and valves within a dry well, VFD/MCC, and above-ground 500 gallon fuel storage tank. Preliminary and final design services were completed in four months with total construction costs estimated at $1,900,000.
