Talega Lift Station No.1 - Santa Margarita Water District:  This facility features two sets of non-clog sewage pump units operated in a series with a single 200 hp motor, 600 kw genset, surge tank, PLC controlled variable speed drives and a SCADA system housed in a stucco block building matching the development's architectural theme. Other features: flow meter, valve inter-tie vault for 10 and 16 inch force main systems, site improvements, odor control system, wet well and trash rack with a wet well bypass system, an HVAC system, mechanical piping and valves within a dry well, VFD/MCC, and above-ground 500 gallon fuel storage tank. Preliminary and final design services were completed over a 4 month period with total construction costs of $2,000,000.
