JEFF M. WILCOX - Senior Designer
Jeff Wilcox has over 22
years of civil/mechanical design experience, specializing in pipeline, reservoirs,
flow control facilities, pressure control facilities, water pump stations and
sewage lift station projects. Mr. Wilcox has
been previously employed by Fluor Daniels and RBF Consulting Firms and
presently enjoys working as an independently contracted project designer. Over
the last 15 years, Mr. Wilcox and PRP Engineering’s Principal Engineer Michael
Palzes have collaborated on numerous projects, and he continues to be a highly
valued and productive member of our staff.

Project Experience
Shaw’s Cove Lift Station (City of Laguna Beach): Provided preliminary and final
layouts and design plans for the upgrades to the existing sewage lift station
that services the estates along Cliff Drive.
Talega Zone II Water Booster Pump Station (Santa
Margarita Water District): Prepared
the preliminary and final design plans for the mechanical and civil portion of
the project.
Coto de
Caza Non-domestic & Domestic Pressure Reducing Stations PDR (Santa Margarita
Water District): Prepared the
preliminary design alternative conceptual layouts and report exhibits.
Ladera
Interim Phase 3 & 4 Sewage Lift Station PDR/Final Design (Ladera Development, DMB): Responsible for the preliminary conceptual
layouts and the final design plans.
Horno Lift
Station (Santa Margarita Water District): Prepared all the preliminary and final
design layouts for both mechanical and CADD portions of this 4 million dollar
project.
Talega Sewage Lift Station
No. 1 (Santa
Margarita Water District): Design
plan preparation for a fast track project that included site improvements,
mechanical piping, onsite drainage facilities and miscellaneous facility
improvements.
